Sergio and Mayra De Leon are the heart of De Leon Foods, a family-owned Spokane favorite. While raising their four children, they’ve built a thriving group of businesses, including De Leon’s Taco & Bar, De Leon’s Tex-Mex Grill (CDA), Northwest Freight Handlers, Northwest Sanitation, and their newest venture, Terraza Waterfront by De Leon’s (CDA).

Originally from Mexico, Sergio came to the U.S. with a strong work ethic and a vision for something meaningful. Mayra made Spokane home in 1996, bringing the same determination. Together, they turned a small 2006 grocery store into a collection of restaurants, markets, and service-based businesses rooted in authentic Latin flavors and family tradition.
